Indiferent cat de mult iti place sau esti deschis catre schimbare, cand vine acel moment tot te incearca niste furnicaturi, creste tensiunea, nu ai stare, esti agitat. Toate transmit acelasi lucru: schimbarea nu este simpla si pare ca exista o forta in sistemul nostru care ne trage spre stabilitate si constanta. Cu cat schimbarea este mai mare si prin urmare implica mai multe riscuri, cu atat aceasta forta de conservare prinde putere.<br />

Ti-e frica de schimbare? Foarte bine si mie imi este! Inseamna ca ceea ce urmeaza sa se intample este important, valoros, iar frica este acea forta conservatoare care va avea grija sa iei toate deciziile in asumare de cauza. Frica este cea care aduce cu sine procesul de analiza, de cantarire a beneficiilor si evaluare a riscurilor. Tot ea ne impinge la a gasi solutii creative, care impaca pe de o parte posibilul cu imposibilul. Din frica ne pregatim interior, iar pregatirea aceasta este cea care ne va sustine pe parcursul schimbarii pana cand ajungem acolo unde ne-am dorit. Pe de alta parte, frica nu este inamicul schimbarii, ci ea poate sa fie intensa si legata de stabilitate si continuitate - <i>mi-e frica de ce s-ar putea intampla daca voi continua asa</i>. In concluzie, frica are cele mai bune intentii pentru noi, iar daca stim sa o gestionam, atunci o vom traduce si in cele mai bune rezultate.<br />
<br />
Am observat ca frica este cea mai intensa inainte de primul pas al procesului de schimbare, urmand usor sa descreasca pe masura ce inaintam si apare o oarecare obisnuinta.<br />
<br />
Astfel pentru acest prim pas cand iti bate tare, tare inima: <br />
0. Pregateste-te!<br />
1. Inspira adanc!<br />
2. Aminteste-ti motivele pentru care ai nevoie de schimbare!<br />
3. Aduna-ti resursele interioare si ține aproape de tine curajul!<br />
4. Deschide bine ochii si fa pasul!<br />

Stiu ca exista si am si cunoscut persoane, cursanti, clienti care traiesc pe seama norocului, au o relatie cu el, il invoca, daca ar exista si incantatii, atunci cu atat mai bine. Ele asteapta ceva - probabil o aliniere, sa vina din exterior un stimul, de regula favorabil, care sa schimbe, sa revolutioneze, sa aduca ceva bun pentru sufletul omului. Aici as adauga eu ceva (interpretarea mea): ca si cum doar de acolo se mai poate face ceva (in bine) pentru bunastarea si dezvoltarea personala.<br />
<br />
Si intr-un fel acesta este norocul. Ceva exterior fiintei, imprevizibil, asupra caruia nu ai control, care determina, care are efecte bune sau rele (ghinion). De multe ori este legat de soarta sau destin, adica este predeterminat si nu ai cum sa-l schimbi, influentezi. Carl Jung vorbeste despre sincronicitate - o coincidenta semnificativa, care poate sa ne duca cu gandul la noroc.<br />
<br />
Norocul se pare ca are si o conotatie personala. Probabil ca ati auzit in jur sau chiar si noi la un moment dat am afirmat despre propria persoana sau despre altcineva: <i>sunt norocos, sunt atat de ghinionist sau la norocul meu...</i><br />
<i><br /></i>
Freud si Sartre considera ca aceste credinte in noroc au legatura cu atribuirea controlului fata de evenimentele de viata si refuzul asumarii responsabilitatii. Se pare ca exista si notiunea de psihologia norocului, cercetari si studii stiintifice.<br />
<br />
Dar, daca noi am fi cei care aliniem planetele si aducem norocul? Este greu? Cu siguranta! Inseamna asumarea responsabilitatii? Da.<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.richardwiseman.com/resources/The_Luck_Factor.pdf" target="_blank">Richard Wiesman</a> aduce argumente legate de acest aspect la "crearii propriului noroc" definind <b><span style="color: #741b47;">4 principii ale persoanelor fauritoare de noroc:</span></b><br />
<ul>
<li>Fauritorii de noroc maximizeaza fiecare oportunitate si sansa. O identifica rapid si lucreaza cu ea;</li>
<li>Fauritorii de noroc isi asculta intuitia;</li>
<li>Fauritorii de noroc sunt optimisti, se asteapta la un succes;</li>
<li>Fauritorii de noroc transforma esecurile in oportunitati de invatare;</li>
<ul>
<li>Fauritorii de noroc cred despre sine ca sunt norocosi (apropo de etichetele pozitive/ negative si cum ne influenteaza ele). </li>
</ul>
</ul>
Si ca sa nu va mai plictisesc prea mult cu norocul, atat va mai spun legat de obiectele norocoase: superstitiile legate de obiecte scad tensiunea si cresc performanta si increderea in sine, fiind o metoda de gestionare a situatiilor stresante (mai multe cititi voi de prin link-uri).<br />
<br />
Concluzie: Nu mai asteptati norocul, ci fiti activi si cautati-l, fauriti-l!!!! :)<br />

Pentru ca exista deja tendinta de auto-diagnosticare si un interes din ce in ce mai crescut de auto-informare cu scopul auto-diagnosticarii, iata cateva aspecte care poate va vor ajuta fie sa va clarificati, fie sa evitati presiunea unei auto-etichete (cu toate efectele negative care vin de aici), fie sa cautati ulterior "tratamentul" necesar. </div>
<br />
Probabil ati auzit in jurul vostru cel putin o data pe cineva, un prieten, un coleg, o ruda spunand despre sine ca se afla intr-o depresie sau ca are atacuri de panica. Poate chiar tu te-ai exprimat la un moment dat asa, incercand sa descrii ce simti.<br />

Adica depresia aceea pe care o stim noi ca se diagnosticheaza sau ai niste stari depresive, esti mai trist, iar tu ti-ai pus eticheta singur: Sunt depresiv!<br />
<br />
Bine sigur nu iti este, dar daca este vorba despre depresia "ca la carte" sau despre atacurile de panica din manual atunci e ceva mai neagra situatia, nu neaparat taciune :). Cu alte cuvinte, este vorba despre intrarea in sfera patologica.<br />
<br />
<br />
Atunci cand se pune un diagnostic la nivel psihic, exista niste manuale pe care se uita toti specialistii: DSM V sau ICD-10 fiind cele mai cunoscute. Aceste manuale sunt ca un ghid, pe ele le poti gasi si pe internet - uite link-urile:<br />

Astfel, daca vrei sa te informezi mai mult sau te afli in procesul unei auto-diagnosticari, poti intra pe aceste manuale, cauti sectiunea tulburarilor depresive sau anxioase (atacuri de panica) si gasesti criteriile dupa care se pune un diagnostic sau altul. Vei observa ca pentru fie categorie in parte exista multe alte subcategorii sau forme ale tulburarilor respective, fiecare cu descrierea sa.<br />
<br />
<b>Acest demers al tau nu inlocuieste recomandarea clara de a consulta un specialist, el fiind cel care stie sa interpreteze cel mai bine simptomele pe care le ai si sa puna un diagnostic avizat, desigur daca este cazul. </b><br />
<br />
PS: Sunt multe de spus si cred ca voi reveni cat de curand cu un articol despre etichete si diagnostice, cum ne seteaza ele comportamental si mental spre drumuri tare incalcite, desi vizam cu ele clarificarea, simplificarea demersurilor;<br />

Hai sa lamurim cateva lucruri legate de acest subiect. Din ceea ce mi se spune, din ceea ce am observat in cadrul sedintelor, iata cateva observatii:<br />

</ul>
<b><span style="color: #666666;">Este ultima sansa pe care cuplurile si-o dau - este solutia finala. Pe principiul cand doare suficient de tare ma duc la doctor.</span></b><ul>
<ul>
<li>Este riscant, de multe ori este prea tarziu deoarece deja multe s-au spus, multe sentimente s-au transformat, motivatia a scazut.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<b><span style="color: #666666;">Eu vreau, celalalt nu vrea sa intre intr-un astfel de proces. Pe principiul imi tarasc perechea pe la psihoterapeuti.</span></b><ul>
<ul>
<li> Daca nu vreti amandoi atunci terapia de cuplu nu are cum sa aibe loc. De asemenea, daca unul dintre parteneri vrea sa iasa din cuplu, psihoterapia nu este un artificiu care sa-l faca sa ramana.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<b><span style="color: #666666;">Problema este la ea/ el, eu sunt multumit (a) - sa se schimbe si va fi bine.</span></b><ul>
<ul>
<li style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;">Schimbarea individuala este profunda si de durata daca vine din motivatie interioara, din propria tendinta la dezvoltare si nu pentru ca simt presiunea perechii mele. </li>
<li>In cuplu nici un partener nu este vinovat in masura in care nici unul nu este nevinovat. Cu alte cuvinte, in psihoterapia de cuplu abordam relatia dintre cei doi si nu problemele/ traumele individuale, pentru acestea puteti intra intr-un proces psihoterapeutic individual.</li>
<li>Celalalt nu se va schimba decat daca vrea acest lucru, iar tu ca partener, la fel ca si psihoterapeutul din fata voastra, nu detii controlul schimbarii celuilalt.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<span style="color: #666666;"><b>Vezi ce-mi face? Terapeutule, da-mi dreptate.</b></span><ul>
<ul>
<li> Oricat de tentant ar putea fi, psihoterapeutul nu va lua partea nici
unuia dintre parteneri, el este echitabil fata de amandoi, empatizeaza
si ii accepta pe amandoi in mod egal</li>

<span style="color: #666666;"><b>Suntem prea diferiti!</b></span><ul>
<ul>
<li>In ce masura ai vrea sa ai o relatie cu o persoana identica cu tine? Faptul ca partenerii sunt diferiti poate fi o resursa pentru cuplu, cum de altfel a si fost pana cand lucrurile sa se inrautateasca. </li>
</ul>
</ul>
<span style="color: #666666;"><b>Am vrea sa nu ne mai certam (niciodata)!</b></span><ul>
<ul>
<li>Nici macar idealul unui cuplu nu presupune lipsa totala a conflictelor/ certurilor. Pentru maturizarea cuplului ele au un rol semnificativ. Ar fi chiar o pierdere iradicarea certurilor. </li>
</ul>
</ul>
<span style="color: #666666;"><b>Scopul psihoterapiei de cuplu este impacarea celor doi parteneri.</b></span><ul>
<ul>
<li>Ei bine, de multe ori se intampla ca acest proces sa faciliteze de fapt separarea celor doi. Cateodata nu avem curajul, puterea, independenta sa ne separam de celalalt fara sa ne fie frica de o depresie ulterioara sau alte fantezii sumbre. </li>

2004, Levy & Mayers: Persoanele care au un mindset negativ legat de imbatranire este putin probabil sa se implice in comportamente proactive ca: a manca sanatos, a face exercitii in mod regulat, vizite la doctor;<br />

2002, Levy, Slade, Kunkel & Kasl: Persoanele care au un mindest negativ legat de batranete prezinta o reducere a functiilor cardio-vasculare cand sunt expuse la stereotipii negative legate de imbatranire si mor mai repede fata de persoanele cu un mindset pozitiv;<br />

Studiul longitudinal Baltimore cu privire la imbatranire: Cei care au o perspectiva pozitiva asupra imbatranirii au un risc cu 80% mai mic de atac de cord;<br />
<br />
Centrul de gerontologie din Berlin: Adultii cu o viziune pozitiva asupra batranetii raspund la bolile serioase (cancer, accidente, boli de plamani) cu mai multa implicare si proactvitate in procesul de recuperare; <br />

Alte studii:<br />
O perceptie pozitiva asupra trecerii timpului adauga in medie 8 ani la propria viata;<br />
Cei care asociaza imbatranirea cu stereotipuri pozitive de tipul: intelept, capabil, util isi revin mai repede in urma unui infarct sau accidente;<br />
Oamenii devin mai fericiti pe masura ce imbatranesc;<br />
Perceptia asupra imbatranirii influenteaza si alte variabile ca dorinta de a trai pe masura ce trece timpul.<br />

Concluzii?<br />
<br />
Ale mele zic ceva de genul: un mindset pozitiv cu privire la batranete si imbatranire ma ajuta sa ma angajez in comportamente sanatoase care imi vor prelungi viata si ma voi recupera mai repede in urma bolilor inevitabile (acesta cred ca este un mindset negativ - batranetea=boli grele). Partea buna este ca mindest-ul asta se poate schimba destul de usor :))). Voi ce mindset aveti?<br />

Ca sa stii daca esti fericit, ar trebui sa stii ce inseamna fericirea. Sunt foarte multe definitii, mai vechi, mai noi, mai abstracte, mai concrete. Nu-i nimic, am facut o selectie si te voi ruga sa te gandesti la tine pe masura ce le citesti si sa raspunzi la ele in gand sau pe hartie, gandeste-te la tine intr-un prezent continuu - sa spunem de la inceputul acestui an.</div>

1. <b>Fericire</b> = cand ceea ce gandesti, spui si faci se afla in armonie (Aristotel). Cand a fost ultima data cand ceea ce ai gandit, ai exprimat si ai si actionat?<br />

2. <b>Fericirea</b> = stare emotionala de bine, emotii pozitive intense, entuziasm. Cand te-ai entuziasmat ultima data?<br />
<br />
3. <b>Fericirea</b> = numarul experientelor pozitive, minus numarul experientelor negative. Numara de la inceputul acestui an cate experiente pozitive si negative ai avut (reflecteaza un pic: pe care tinzi sa le tii minte mai bine?). Aplica scaderea. Esti pe plus?<br />

4. <b>Fericirea</b> = experienta de varf (Maslow) = moment de bucurie pura, motivata interior, sentiment de unificare cu lumea izvorat din nevoia de auto-actualizare. Gandeste-te cand te-ai bucurat ultima data ca un copil si simteai ca lumea este a ta, ca esti mandru de tine si iti sa-ti dai un pupic cat tine de mare?<br />

5.<b> Fericirea</b> = starea de flux (flow)(Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi) = stare mentala prin care o persoana se simte atat de implicata intr-o activitate incat se pierde pe sine si nu mai are notiunea timpului. De cate ori ai facut ceea ce iti place cel mai mult si nu mai stii cum a trecut timpul si te simteai atat de absorbit incat parca erai in alta lume?<br />

Este o provocare pentru mine sa tin un astfel de atelier. Este o tema riscanta, extrem de personala, incitanta. Am acceptat aceasta provocare de la <a href="http://trainevents.ro/" target="_blank">Train Events</a> si va invit sa exploram impreuna starea de fericire sa vedem unde ajungem.</span><br />

Inceputul a fost greu - am debutat cu o amanare, cu vociferari, apoi am trecut la tactici combative mai stilate - ignorarea, indiferenta, ca sa ajung si la tactici mai disperate - rugaciuni, invocarea norocului pentru a scapa de belele. De scapat nu am scapat, si a sosit si momentul sa fac ce nu imi place mie cel mai mult si mai mult pe lumea asta. Nu vorbim aici despre o exceptie, o scapare, ci despre activitati repetitive, zilnice chiar. Nu conteaza ca nu am experiente negative, dar nici pozitive - nu vreau sa fac si punct. Dar trebuie!!! </div>

In ultima vreme, adica de vreo doua saptamani asa, sunt provocata intens la a face lucruri care nu-mi plac, lucruri pe care am reusit sa le evit cu stoicism pentru multi, multi ani, care daca stau sa ma gandesc mai bine le-am evitat atat de bine incat nici nu mai tin minte cand am mai fost pusa in fata faptului. Totul se petrece, desigur, sub egida prietenului TREBUIE.<br />
<br />
Pe principiul de ce iti este frica nu scapi, iata cum universul a conlucrat impotriva tacticilor mele de evitare (fofilare), de altfel foarte iscusite. Spun frica pentru ca nu are sens sa ma ascund dupa vreun deget sau sa bag capul in nisip sau sa ma enervez (stare ce adesea mascheaza frica). Teama are multe nuante: de la teama de esec (daca nu imi iese), teama de evaluare (clar nu imi iese si mai primesc si feedback negativ) la teama de a ma face de ras. <br />

Desigur am decurs la toate artificiile posibile de deturnare si inca mai decurg - imaginatia mea si spiritul de conservare sunt pe campul de batalie al fanteziilor si nu vor sa se dea batute .<br />

Nici nu stiu cum a fost activitatea in sine - pe principiul inchide ochii, faci, livrezi si pleci fara sa mai vorbesti vreodata despre asta.<br />

A doua zi am intredeschis un ochi.<br />
<br />
De abia de la a treia, a patra zi am inceput sa si vad ce fac, cum fac.<br />
<br />
Imi place? Nu, dar nu este dracul chiar atat de negru.<br />
<br />
Am avut succes, feedback pozitiv? As zice ca ma incadrez, ca performanta, in minunata medie a populatiei. <br />
<br />
As vrea sa mai fac? Nu, dar este temporara situatia si ma incalzeste un pic la degețele acest aspect.<br />
<br />
De ce sa fac lucruri pe care nu-mi plac (a se nota aici ca pentru mine, la modul general, este o raritate sa fac ce nu-mi place)? Pentru ca deocamdata beneficiile sunt mai mari decat frustrarile interioare cauzate de activitatea in sine.<br />
<br />
Voi spune STOP? Cu siguranta, pe masura ce scad beneficiile.<br />
<br />
Una peste alta, daca privesc situatia ca pe o provocare se activeaza in mine doua personaje:<br />
1. Razboinicul neobosit de creativ in a gasi strategii de evitare, de prescurtare, de iesire - imi cam place de el, recunosc :), deja se transforma totul intr-un joc;<br />
2. Exploratorul temator care lumineaza timid cu lanterna o incapere in care este posibil sa nu fi intrat niciodata, dar care in fantezia lui e plina de lighioane nemaivazute si nemaiauzite - testul realitatii s-a dovedit a fi mult mai simpatic decat fantasmele construite.<br />
<br />
Voi cand faceti ceva ce nu va place, ce strategii de sabotare aveti? (Intreaba razboinicul :))<br />

<b>Ce fac atunci cand ma plictisesc? Scriu un articol despre Plictiseala!</b> Ma asteptam sa gasesc putine informatii pe aceasta tema, dar spre surprinderea mea pare ca exista un interes crescut la nivel stiintific, dar si filozofic. Cine are chef sa scrie, sa studieze plictiseala? Persoane plictisite (aici as intra si eu), persoane care se intalnesc des cu persoane cronic plictisite? In orice caz a venit momentul sa scriu si despre teoria plictiselii.<br />
<br />
Plictiseala este <b>foarte aproape de specia umana</b> deoarece este universala (cu totii am fost/ vom fi plictisiti la un moment dat). Cand apare? Cand nu ai nimic de facut si nici nu te atrage nimic din jurul tau, cand exista o lipsa de stimulare. Psihologia pozitiva imbraca plictiseala cu o definitie ceva mai elevata: <b>Plictiseala este un raspuns la o provocare moderata pentru care avem toate abilitatile necesare</b>, adica este prea simpla pentru noi.<br />
<br />
Ce nu este universal sunt <b>stimulii plictiselii</b>: ce ma plictiseste pe mine, s-ar putea sa nu te plictiseasca si pe tine.<br />
<br />
Iti poti da seama ca esti plictisit (pe langa cascat, lipsa de chef) si dupa dificultatile de concentrare. Adica iti este greu sa te apuci de activitate sau sa o finalizezi. Am observat (si din propria experienta) ca de obicei avem un simt ascutit la a detecta propria plictiseala, de a o identifica - in comparatie cu alte stari emotionale: frustrari, anxietati care se furiseaza destul de des din constiinta noastra.<br />
<br />
Desi nu mi-am pus problema, am gasit intr-un articol o diferentiere intre a fi pictisitor si a te plictisi. Cred ca pe de o parte mi se parea normala diferentierea. Da, chiar si cei mai zvapaiati dintre noi se plictisesc. Ce m-a mai frapat sunt citatele despre normalitate versus plictiseala, cu dictonul "Fii anormal". Iarasi revin cu ideea: da, si cei mai anormali dintre noi se plictisesc.<br />

Eastwood</a>, psiholog pasionat de conceptul plictiselii a identificat <b>doua tipuri de personalitate </b>(cam mult spus personalitate): cei cu tendinta naturala de a cauta in mod constant experiente noi si opusul acestora. Pentru primii, un ritm linistit, molcom al vietii nu este suficient. Pentru cei din a doua categorie, lumea este un loc anxios, de care trebuie sa-ti fie frica si astfel ei se inchid in zona de confort din care nu mai ies, practic se retrag. Desi aceasta retragere le aduce confort, acestia nu sunt totdeauna satisfacuti cu siguranta pe care o ofera, rezultand in plictiseala cronica. Aceste doua tipuri de a fi au probleme mai mari in legatura cu plictiseala. Teoria lui Eastwood asupra plictiselii are ca idee de baza ca <b>lumea este substimulata la nivel cronic</b>.<br />
<br />
S-au identifcat si <b>3 tipuri de situatii cand apare plictiseala</b>:<br />
1. Atunci cand suntem impiedicati sa ne implicam intr-o activitate pe care o dorim;<br />
2. Atunci cand suntem fortati sa ne implicam intr-o activitate pe care nu o dorim;<br />
3. Atunci cand, fara vreun motiv aparent avem dificultati sa ne implicam in orice tip de activitate.<br />
Va suna cunoscut? Ma voi hazarda sa lansez o ipoteza inca netestata: exista o relatie intre plictiseala si nivelul de placere al activitatilor.<br />

<b>Efectele plictiselii:</b><br />
Din categoria relelor, adica riscurile plictiselii din date stiintifice (punctez aici ca este vorba despre plictiseala cronica):<br />
<ul>
<li>Exista o legatura cu depresia, se pare ca plictiseala cronica poate fi un simptom al depresiei;</li>
<li>Tendinta de a fuma mai mult, a bea si a lua droguri - cand suntem plictisiti putem cadea in diferite patimi ca sa scadem aceasta stare emotionala;</li>
<li>Productivitate scazuta - lesne de inteles :).</li>
<li>Cea mai grava din perspectiva mea, se pare ca un <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitehall_Study" target="_blank">studiu</a> facut in UK a aratat ca 30 % dintre persoanele care au tendinta sa se plictiseasca, ar fi murit in decursul a trei ani de la acest studiu.</li>
</ul>
Din categoria bunelor (da, sunt adepta teoriei conform careia emotiile, prin urmare si plictiseala, exista pentru ca ne aduc niste beneficii - e rost de un articol si pe tema asta):<br />
<ul>
<li>fara ea nu am sti ce este aventura;</li>
<li>ne impinge sa fim curiosi, sa exploram;</li>
<li>incurajeaza creativitatea, gandirea creativa; </li>
</ul>
Cand imi vajaie capul de ganduri sau nu am timp nici sa respir, tanjesc la momentele de plictiseala. Iar cand sunt plictisita tanjesc dupa actiune. Cu alte cuvinte nici cu ea nici fara ea. <br />
<br />
Ma intrebam daca sa scriu si despre cum sa iesim din starea de plictiseala si ce mi s-a nazarit este: <b>Verbul anti-plictiseala = a face! </b><br />

Exista imaginea despre cum ai vrea sa fii (selful ideal)! Cat de departe este de ceea ce esti? Cat de mare este diferenta intre Selful real si Selful ideal?<br />

De la nastere apar si umbrelele, crestem cu ele. Pe o parte dintre acestea le ignoram, dar o parte le luam cu noi la drum. Unele umbrele sunt mai vechi, altele sunt destul de recente. Cateodata ne putem intalni si ne dam seama ca avem aparent aceeasi umbrela. Putem ajunge sa avem foarte multe umbrele si sa nu mai vedem drumul de ele. La ce avem nevoie de atatea umbrele? <br />

Imi place sa zambesc, sa rad atunci cand sunt intr-un proces psihoterapeutic impreuna cu clientul din fata mea. Este o reactie spontana si autentica. Este un zambet care apare din relatia pe care o avem. Radem impreuna. Cateodata este haz de necaz, cateodata este pur si simplu o atmosfera de veselie in aceasta alianta psihoterapeutica. Sedintele de psihoterapie nu sunt intotdeauna gri, statice si grele ca plumbul (in minte mea aparu Bacovia). Sunt colorate si le coloram de fiecare data diferit in functie de cum ne simtim in prezent. Gri-ul se poate transforma in violet, apoi in rosu, in galben sau portocaliu. <br />
<br />
Este un mecanism de aparare? Da, poate fi! Toti avem mecanisme de aparare si foarte bine ca exista, altfel ne-am dezintegra usor din interior spre exterior. Conteaza ce mecanisme folosim, iar rasul este unul dintre cele mai sanatoase si benefice pentru noi.<br />
<br />
Este util? Cu siguranta.<br />
<br />
<b>Zambeste si tu </b>pentru ca:<br />
Iti schimbi dispozitia;<br />
Te eliberezi stresul;<br />
Ti se va zambi inapoi, esti contagios; <br />
si de ce nu,<br />
Ii inspiri pe ceilalti!<br />

Cam atat astazi despre zambetele ghiduse :)! <br />

minte? Gravitate, probleme, multă lume, împărtășire, vorbit în public, timiditate,

participi la un astfel de grup și este absolut normal. Într-un fel este vorba

In primele sedinte, membrii grupului trec printr-o perioada de acomodare unul
la celalalt, sunt precauti, studiaza limitele, se studiaza unii pe ceilalti,
stabilesc primele relatii. De obicei continutul adus in grup este unul mai
putin profund emotional. Pe masura ce sedintele trec, fiecare membru devine mai
autentic si aprofundeaza teme emotionale din ce in ce mai complexe, ceea ce
face ca dezvoltarea sa fie din ce in ce mai profunda. O schimbare la nivel
emotional profund este durabila in timp.</span></div>

Din fundal, o voce uşor dojenitoare exclamă: <i>Nu e ca nu poţi, nu vrei</i>. De aici dictoanele pot continua: când îţi doreşti cu adevărat poţi face orice, muţi munţii din loc.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> <i>Pot, pot ... cum adică sa nu pot</i> - e greu de acceptat, dar nu tot timpul putem. Nu pot, dar vreau.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Şi atunci când lucrăm cu propria persoană, prietenii POT şi VREAU apar sub diverse forme care se amestecă şi influenţează procesul psihoterapeutic:</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> <i>Nu pot să vorbesc despre...deşi vreau</i>. Vei putea la un moment dat!</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Desigur când PUTEM şi VREM suntem cel mai aproape de a atinge ceea ce ne-am propus. Dar, ceea ce este frumos într-un proces psihoterapeutic, indiferent de stările în care se găsesc A vrea şi A putea ele sunt ocazii de creştere personală şi de a afla mai multe despre propria persoană. Este nevoie de multă forţă şi gestionare emoţională să stai cu o dorinţă arzătoare, pe care în acest moment să nu poţi să o împlineşti, la fel ca şi atunci când lucrezi intens să schimbi ceva la tine pe care nu-l doreşti, dar se află sub imperiosul "trebuie". </span><br />

În urma discuţiei, am conştientizat că acest timp se referă de cele mai multe ori la a face lucruri care aduc plăcere, care presupun relaxare, odihnă, cu alte cuvinte care satisfac nişte nevoi amânate - un soi de hedonism. Dar după ce tânjeam eu, este un pic diferit şi se referă la timpul petrecut cu mine pentru mine, acel timp când verificăm dacă instalaţia merge bine, dacă fluxul este ok, dacă au apărut blocaje sau nu, dacă circuitul merge conform planului interior. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Dacă ar fi să generalizăm (deşi nu este indicat), <b>viaţa este o sumă de obişnuinţe</b>, de toate culorile, formele şi intensităţile - în limbaj colocvial cu bune şi rele. Aş vrea să spun dinamice, dar din păcate atunci când vorbim despre el, ne referim la o rutină, la comportamente constante, stabile care ajung să se manifeste atât de natural, de specific nouă încât devin inconștiente, automate. Tocmai de aici şi dificultatea de a le schimba. De fapt, a renunţa la o obișnuință este la fel de greu cu a forma una nouă, iar şi mai dificil devine acest proces dacă obişnuinţa nouă are un grad ridicat de originalitate, adică este atât de străina de tine încât nu găsești comportamente similare în repertoriul tău. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Plecând de aici, dezvoltarea personală presupune a lucra cu aceste obișnuinte, a le șlefui, schimba după binele interior al fiecăruia. Aşa se justifica şi preocuparea cercetătorilor pentru acest domeniu, numărul mare de cărţi pe această temă şi nevoia mea să vă ofer câteva <b>IDEI</b>.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Putem vorbi despre obişnuinţe "superficiale" de tipul: mă trezesc la ora 9 indiferent dacă pun ceasul sau nu, mă spăl pe dinţi, mănânc o ciocolată pe zi, până la obișnuințe ceva mai "profunde": spun da la orice rugăminte exterioară, îi întrerup pe ceilalți când vorbesc, empatizez cu cei defavorizaţi etc. </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Unele obișnuinţe ne plac şi suntem mândri de ele, pe altele am dori să le schimbăm cu unele mai bune, mai performante, mai aproape de ceea ce ne dorim să fim. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">La baza oricărei obişnuinţe stă un beneficiu personal, altfel nu s-ar fi format. Problema apare atunci când beneficiul dispare, dar comportamentul este atât de stabil încât deja pare imposibil de scăpat de el. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><b>Ideea 1: </b>Cu cât mai mari sunt beneficiile unui comportament cu atât ai şanse mai mari să-l interiorizezi.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">O preocupare a cercetătorilor a fost să vadă cât timp durează să formezi o obişnuinţă. În 1960, </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Maltz decretează că o obişnuinţă se formează în 21 de zile. Concluzia, deşi la modă în acele vremuri, se baza pe observaţie empirică. În 2009, Phillippa Lally concluzionează printr-o cercetare ştiinţifică o altă realitate: formarea unei obişnuinţe variază între 18 şi 254 de zile.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><b>Ideea 2:</b> Nu te aştepta să formezi o obişnuinţă peste noapte, nu va fi posibil. Aşa că, nu te descuraja dacă durează chiar şi jumătate de an, eşti pe drumul cel bun. Încă o veste bună aici: cercetătorii au arătat că: dacă ţi se mai întâmplă să "calci stramb", acest lucru nu va afecta formarea obişnuinţei respective - în concluzie: NU ABANDONA cauza.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">James Clear (şi nu numai) a identificat un proces al obişnuinţelor format din 3 paşi sau cei </span><a href="http://jamesclear.com/three-steps-habit-change" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><b>3 R</b></a><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">:</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">1. Reminder/ Memento = momentul iniţierii, începerii;</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">2. Rutina = comportamentul;</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">3. Recompensa = beneficiul.</span><br />

În funcţie de tipul, profunzimea obişnuinţei - efortul presupune şi ajutorul unui facilitator, adică necesită un proces psihoterapeutic.</span><br />

Cautand diferite idei si surse de inspiratie, am dat peste niste borcane tare speciale, cu puteri magice motivationale si nu numai. Iata cateva dintre ele:</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Principiul din spatele borcanelor este unul simplu si frumos: completezi cu regularitate (eventual zilnic) biletele cu ceea ce ai invatat, cu ceea ce te-a facut fericit/ implinit la un moment dat, timp de o perioada (de obicei un an). Borcanul il poti picta, personaliza, transforma in ceva drag, in ceva al tau, care va detine parti din tine.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Sunt un mare fan al exercitiilor pentru dezvoltare personala, dar in acelasi timp ma gandesc cu precautie la ce am avem de castigat si care sunt riscurile. Imi place borcanul fericirii sau al implinirilor si cred ca ce atrage este rezultatul final al muncii depuse, imaginea frumoasa a sfarsitului, cand deschizi biletelele si retraieste momentele frumoase, simtindu-te mandru de ce ai realizat, parca iubindu-te brusc mai mult caci ai dovada scrisa ca esti VALOROS. </span><br />

Dar, daca stii ca nu ai timp si ai tendinta sa incepi lucruri pe care nu apuci sa le si finalizezi, esti perfectionist si de cele mai multe ori nu gasesti ce sa scrii pe biletele, atunci trebuie sa fii atent la ce iti propui. Rezultatul poate fi unul dezastruos din sfera frustrarii, enervarii, auto-devalorizarii, pe principiul: "nici asta nu am reusit sa fac", uitandu-te cu vinovatie la borcanul aproape gol. Cu alte cuvinte poate a scrie zilnic nu este pentru tine, poate un an de zile este prea mult, poate poti sa fii flexibil cu ce ar trebui sa cuprinda biletelele, poate nu rezultatul trebuie laudat/ masurat, ci procesul si efortul depus.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Cine s-ar fi gandit ca un borcan poate aduce multe emotii in noi. In concluzie, atentie la ce borcan va alegeti si personalizati-l cat mai mult cu aspiratii nici prea mari, nici prea mici, potrivite pentru ce rezultate vreti sa va aduca in final. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Tu, cunoscut, coleg, prieten, client, cursant m-ai inspirat la un moment dat si de aceasta data m-am si lasat inspirata. Poate ca am avut nevoie de timp, poate ca am avut nevoie de mai multe feedback-uri, poate pur si simplu am avut nevoie sa cresc pana sa fiu deschisa la inspiratia care a tot venit de la voi. Si? Am concretizat - un blog (la un moment dat va fi si un site :) care sa prezinte toata lumea mea laolalta: psihoterapie, training, cercetare, parenting cu toatele<b> AICI</b>. Dinamice sau statice, fluente sau nu, au fost construite de-a lungul timpului si imi sunt tare dragi. Sinergia pe care mi-o dau vine din pasiune, curiozitate si provocare.</span><br />
